You already know how easy it is to build a custom proposal from scratch, an RPC design, or another design tool like Canva. Now you can import proposal designs directly into RPC using a file!

Here is a step-by-step guide to building a proposal from a file:

  1. Add Details: Start on a new proposal. Enter a name, set a due date, and specify the recipient of the proposal.

  2. Upload your File: Drag and drop your proposal file (Word, PDF, Excel, presentation, MP4) into the designated area.

  3. Preview and Edit (Optional): Scroll through the uploaded file preview to ensure it looks correct. At this point you can edit any of the details you entered in Step 2 (name, due date, recipient), or remove the uploaded file and replace it with a new one.

  4. Send the Proposal: Once you're satisfied with your proposal, either send or save your draft! You can always make edits to your proposal (name, due date, recipient, or uploaded file) even after it's been sent.

You will receive a notification in your activity feed when your proposal is viewed - and a notification in your activity feed and an email notification when it is accepted!

Note: After a proposal is accepted, you can no longer make edits to the document.
