Add form to existing "Contact Us" Page

  1. From the WordPress page where you would like the form to display (your contact or inquire page), select a "Custom html" content block and position it appropriately on the page:

  2. Paste the form code (the code is found in your business profile page -> settings -> configure form) to the custom html modal and save. Click here for information about configuring and styling your form.

  3. Click "Preview" to ensure the form is displaying properly and has adequate spacing

  4. Publish your page

  5. After a couple of moments, you should see your new inquiry form. Please submit a test inquiry to ensure you receive the new lead email and dashboard notification as expected.

  6. Any updates you make to the form in your RPC account will automatically publish to your website, with no need to paste the code again.
