Receiving your payments as quickly and efficiently as possible is very important to us. Here's what to expect regarding payment processing times.
ACH and credit card payment processing time
Both ACH (bank transfer) and credit card payments take 2 business days on average to process. There is no action needed on your part to initiate a transfer or validate a payment. You will receive the funds in your "pay to" account as soon as they are processed by Stripe. If incorrect account information was provided or there is any issue with your payout, you will receive an email with instructions.
First payments
Your first payment with RPC generally takes 4-5 days to process. This is due to Stripe's verification process and review protocol. But have no fear, all future payments will clear in the 2 day timeframe.
Payment delays
There are two common reasons for a payment taking longer than two business days to process:
The payment was initiated after banking hours. If a payment occurred after hours, it will begin to process the next business day
There was a bank holiday. Payments do not process on bank holidays so please allow for an extra day of processing if your payment occurred on a bank holiday.
