Client status definitions

Breaking down created, pending, active, and archived statuses

Written by Kelly Beeby

Your clients will automatically fall into one of the three categories:

  1. Created - this status indicates a client record has been created but no documents have been sent

  2. Pending - documents have been sent but no action has been taken by the client (proposal has not been accepted, contract has not been signed, or invoice installment has not been paid

  3. Active - documents have been sent and action has been taken (proposal accepted, contract signed, or installment paid). When any one of the three actions are taken, a client becomes "Active"

Archived status

To keep you client list clean and organized, it's important to "Archive" clients who do not move forward with your services.

You can view "Archived" clients by sorting the table.
