Your RPC Dashboard is designed to show insights into your bookings, transactions, and trends. Here's what to expect!

RPC dashboard overview video:

Notifications

Real-time notifications live in the bell icon at the top of your account. Click on the bell to see a summary of notifications with quick links to review items. You will notice a count of "new" notifications and when items are viewed, the counter will disappear.

Your overview

Your default date range view will be the current month-to-date compared to the previous month to date. This range determines all of the metrics beneath it (payments, contracts, clients, etc). If you'd like to compare a different range, simply adjust the dates to your desired view.

Exporting your dashboard metrics

To further analyze your dashboard metrics, click the export (pink paper) icon on the top-right of the page. You will be able to choose a .csv or .pdf file as well as the data you would like to see on the export. Your export will show up in a couple of moments in your computer downloads.

Leads

If you have RPC Premium, you are able to easily manage leads in your account. From your dashboard, you'll see a summary of incoming leads compared to prior periods.

For more information about lead management, view our tutorial here.

Payments received

Payments received compared to the prior month (or enter your desired date range). Note, this amount reflects the total installment amount (and does not reflect any processing fees).

Contracts completed

Summary of contracts completed within the month. Note, this total does not include contracts awaiting a signature or countersignature.

Upcoming payments

The total payments you should receive based on installment due dates within the date range selected. Payments on sent and past due invoices are included in this total. Payments on invoice drafts are not included.

Payments summary

Totals for paid, upcoming, draft, overdue, and refunded invoices for the selected date range.

Contracts summary

Signed, awaiting signers, draft, and overdue contracts. "Awaiting signers" indicates a contract has been sent and it is waiting on at least one signature.
