3 common reasons you might run into an error making an ACH payment

  1. Some savings or money market accounts don't allow transfers - double check that your type of account allows for online payments/transfers

  2. Make sure you have sufficient funds available - pending transactions reflect against your account balance so ensure that you have the necessary funds to cover the payment amount

  3. Double check your transaction limit - most banks and financial institutions set a daily transaction limit based on your spend history, balance, and other factors. Reach out to your bank and see if they are blocking a payment due to a daily limit and approve the charge

If none of these reasons apply, please reach out to us at [email protected] or by calling 503-476-1796. We will ensure you are able to make a payment!
