Unfortunately once a payment has been submitted there is not a way to intercept or stop it. For both ACH and Credit Card payments, once payment has been initiated it will process.
If there are insufficient funds available, the payment will fail and may be retried with the same account or a new one.
Your vendor is able to process a full refund (with no fees) once the payment processes. Please note, Stripe can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to fully process a payment.
