Why didn't I receive an email?

Two common reasons why emails are reported missing

We work 'round the clock to ensure all messages are working properly. It is rare for a recipient to report an email not being received. Here are 2 reasons why emails may be missing:

  1. They landed in spam, junk, or social/promotional email folders. Please take a peek in all applicable folders
    ​

  2. Please double check your email address with your vendor. There might have been an inadvertent typo in the address or they may have sent your items to a different email account

If you've tried both of the above and the message is still missing, please ask your vendor to resend!
