Why invite a client?

Your clients are able to accept proposals, sign contracts, and pay invoices with just an email link. But if you'd like to collaborate on files and share images, you'll want to invite them to sign up for a completely free RPC client account. Rest assured the client account signup process is extremely quick!

There are several different ways to invite users to RPC so we are going to walk through the options below.

How to invite a client

  1. From your dashboard, click on "Clients" in your left-navigation menu

  2. Click on the client name you'd like to invite

  3. Click the "+ ACTION" button on the top-right of the page and then select "Invite client to join RPC" from the dropdown menu

  4. An email will be sent to your client with a link for them to access their free RPC account. As soon as they activate their account, you'll be able to share folders and files with them from the "Client Folders" page

Inviting a vendor as a PLANNER on behalf of your client

You’re a planner who wants to make things as easy as possible for your clients. Here is another opportunity to move the process along by taking action on behalf of your clients!

Here’s how to invite a vendor to connect with your client on RPC:

  1. Go to your client's profile page

  2. Click “Connect with a vendor”

3. Enter the name and email address of the vendor you'd like to join RPC in order to collaborate with your client

4. The vendor will receive an email with a link to sign up and access their free 30-day trial. As soon as they sign up, you the planner, will have visibility into any proposals, contracts, or invoices they send to your mutual client.

Planner tip: Invited vendors will display in your client’s vendors tab even if they do not sign up on RPC. So feel free to use this as a comprehensive vendor list!
